Macs.. Macs.. Macs.. Yup macarons become popular these days..

I got this 6 flavors macarons.. Tiring yet I'm happy to bake them..

So colorful..

Bright pink for rose and yellow goes with lemon..

Double Choco Macarons, choco macs shell filled with chocolate ganache..

Green Tea Macs, green tea macs shell filled with green tea buttercream..

Blueberry Macs, filled with blueberry cream and blueberry jam..

Oreo Macs, oreo flavor cream filled macarons

Caramel Macs, filled with caramel buttercream..

Chantily Macs, filled with sweet vanilla cream..

Choco Peanut Macs, chocolate ganache and peanut butter mixed with peanut chunk..

For box of 6 macs is Rp. 40.000,-

And for box of 12 macs is Rp. 75.000,-

More macaronssss... As I said I will experience more flavors of it..

Black macaroons.. The black color comes from a dash of natural bamboo charcoal..

My macs got feet.. yeayy..

It filled with vanilla cream cheese.. Trust me it goes well with it..

Yellow mac shells for Lemony Macarons..

It filled with lemon butter made from lemon curd... It's sweets and refreshing..

Combined with a dollop of chocolate ganache on it..

Soft pink shell for Rose Macarons..

Filled with rose scented cream.. You will love the scented..

And again I mixed it with chocolate ganache on it..

Last but not least is.. Tiramisu Macarons..

Sprinkled it with coffee and filled it with tiramisu flavor filling..

Macarons..

A macarons is a new hip in desserts delicacies which everyone talking about them lately.. It's a sweet confectionery made from almond, filled with cream or jam sandwiched between two cookies.. They're sweet and delicate..

Macarons in the making.. For me making Macaron is quite painful, many failures before I get this right..

Yeay.. Finally they all got feet.. Macarons without the feet can't be a macarons..

Filled the orange shell macarons with chocolate ganache.. Nothing can go wrong with chocolate rite? ;p

This is the fun part of Macarons.. Experience it with various flavors and taste the difference This time I use a mixed of coffee and chocolate..

And paired with peanut cream filling..

They are colorful and eye-catching..

Although it's tricky to bake macarons, but I'm enjoying to bake it.. I can explore more shell flavors to combine with various cream fillings.. That's the fun part of baking the macarons..
