Halloween Sunday Food Market @Potato Head

This is it guys, something that make me quite a busy lately.. Baking is my passion, I started with Cup-A-Cake which is specialized in made by order cupcakes for any occasion.. But since I discovered there's a lotsa cute and delicate sweets that I can share with you, I decide to go beyond the cupcakes.. So I changed the Cup-A-Cake with Le Sweets.. And this is the first Le Sweets' sales event..

Finally I took this opportunity to join a Halloween Sunday Food Market in Potato Head Pacific Place.. A big thank you for Potato head, it's such a great experiences and hoping can join to their another events ;)

What we have here.. The cuppies ;)

There's a Red Velvet Cupcakes made from beetroot, Golden Velvet Cupcake made from pumpkin, Chocolate Cupcakes topped with colorful sprinkles and jelly, and halloween cupcake..

What else.. what else.. I got this Ice Jelly Mochi, it got a unique mochi and jelly texture and nice when you eat it cold, that's why I call it ice ;p There's three kinds of filling; coffee red bean, green bean, and chocolate..

Next I got an assorted tartlets.. Japanese Cream Cheese Tart, available in two flavours chocolate cream cheese and original cream cheese topped with some fresh fruit cuts.. Sometimes I also made a green tea cream cheese by order ;)

Another tartlets like Fruit Tartlet, buttery tartlet shell coated with chocolate filled with custard and topped with fruits..

The other tartlet is Tarte au Chocolate, it's simply for a chocolate lover.. Buttery pie shell filled with chocolate ganache and fresh strawberry..

I also made some Eclairs, filled with vanilla cream.. And a square choux which I named Box of Love.. Actually it's the same like eclairs, the different is only in the shape and bigger sized and more filling on it..

Last but not least, I also have three kind of cookies here.. Snickerdoodle, butter cookies coated with cinnamon sugar.. It's crisp, sweet, and has buttery flavor.. Chocochips Cookies, everyone's favorite.. And Chocolate Cornflake, nothing can go wrong with chocolate rite? ;p

It's too many to prepare yaa.. But since it's my passion, I love doing it :) Here's how the preparations goes..

Three colors cupcakes.. Red (beetroot), golden yellow (pumpkin), and chocolate.. Which one do you prefer? :p

Filled the tart shells with creamy cheese filling.. Slluuurrpp..

Decorate it with some fresh fruits, crispy chocoballs, sliced almonds.. And it is done!

Next preparing the tartlets shell.. Unbaked tartlets..

Fresh from the oven, let it cool before put the filling on it..

Chocochips Cookies

Here we go take a look closer to my new cookies addition.. I bake two kinds of chocochips cookies..

Both are delightful, it's depend on your preference.. Do you like the crispy or the chewy one.. The Crispy Chocochips Cookies (25K) and The Chewy Chocochips Cookies (27.5K), and the minimum order is 3 boxes..

Cupcake simple isi 16 ini pesenannya Patty.. Dengan pilihan rasa chocolate chicochips..

Patty mintanya, yang penting banyakin ungu-nya aja.. So ini yang kepikiran ama aku.. Two doggie with candyland hehe..

Ada chocolate pasti ada cheese :p.. Cheesy Cupcake, keju banget isinya cream cheese..

Buat cheese lover frosting-nya bisa cream cheese (recommended), frosting lain-nya seperti chocolate buttercream dan chocolate ganache..

Now we try to combine chocolate with cheese, Black Bottom Cupcakes ;)

Cupcake chocolate tengahnya cream cheese with chocochips..

Frosting yang di-recommend tuh chocolate ganache dan cream cheese.. Tapi boleh2 aja kalo kamu mau vanilla buttercream ato chocolate buttercream..

Next, I have Oreo Cupcakes, vanilla cupcake dengan oreo crushed didalamnya dan bawah-nya dilapisi oreo cookies..

Pilihan frostingnya bisa chocolate ganache (recommended), oreo buttercream, cream cheese, chocolate buttercream, dan vanilla buttercream..

I got these kind of fruity cupcakes.. Strawberry Cupcakes, vanilla cupcake mixed with strawberry jams and fresh strawberry cubes..

It's good to go with chocolate ganache, cream cheese, strawberry buttercream, vanilla buttercream, or chocolate buttercream..

Banana Chocochips Cupcakes, moist banana cupcakes with chocochips..

Frosting-nya boleh chocolate ganache (recommended), cream cheese, chocolate buttercream, or vanilla buttercream..

Strawberry Cheese Cupcake, strawberry cupcake topped with cream cheese..

Fresh cut strawberries go well with cream cheese..

Strawberry with chocolate also make a good combination.. Strawberry d Choco, Chocolate cupcakes with fresh cut strawberry.. Tersedia dengan 2 macam pilihan frostings..

Dengan chocolate ganache..

Dengan chocolate buttercream..

Stay healthy with cuppies, Carrot Cupcakes..

Mixed with raisins and topped with cream cheese.. Ga suka kismis? Tinggal kasi tau aku dan bisa di ganti ama chocolate chip ato polos cupcake wortel aja ;)

Eat the greeny ;p I had Green Tea (Matcha) Cupcake

Topped with Green Tea Frosting and sprinkled with green tea powder.. Hijau-nya semua dari green tea powder tanpa sedikit pun pewarna makanan.. So are you a green tea lover?

There's a green.. And there's a red.. Red Velvet Cupcake, terbuat dari beetroot ato buah bit.. Wait guys, jangan off dulu gara2 tau dari buah bit.. Aku sendiri ga suka kalo disuru makan buah bit, tapi kalo uda jadi cupcake-nya, sama sekali ga tercium bau ga enak-nya buah bit.. Buah bit itu menyehatkan lho guys ;)

It's really a good pair with cream cheese..

This is what I called a fancy cupcake.. A unique combination with a unique taste.. Black Kaya Cupcakes, black glutinous/ketan hitam cupcake filled with coconut jam/selai srikaya topped with vanilla buttercream.. Nyuuumm

The kaya oozed out..

Do you like a milky, creamy, and velvety custard? You should try this.. A Boston Cream Cupcake, a vanilla cupcake filled with vanilla custard and topped with chocolate buttercream and chocolate shaved..

A milky custard goes well with chocolate..

That's all I have guys for now.. Variasi rasa cupcake-nya akan bertambah terus.. Aku akan coba terus berkreasi dengan rasa2 cupcake yang baru.. Any idea? Just tell me ;)
