This is the first time I've been asked to make 45 red velvet cupcakes for birthday.. Usually I made the birthday cupcake customized with fondant..
But this time Shannen's mom asked me to make the red velvet cupcakes, and if I decorated with whole fondant, there will be no cream cheese on it.. And what is the red velvet taste without the cream cheese? Cream cheese and red velvet really is really a good pair..
